The Product
is a berlin-based spatial and media-related design practice.
We use the power of good ideas to design unique experiences and things. Our work is concerned with interactions, interiors, graphics, architecture, computational processes, information visualisation, awareness and playfulness.
In the past we have worked in the following contexts. We have conceived holistic design concepts. We have designed spaces. We have created installations. We have animated surface. We have developed objects. And we have extensively thought about the application and combination of new and not so new technologies in meaningful ways.
We have worked with cultural institutions as well as commercial clients. Note that we believe that we are always working together with a client not just for a client; to the benefit of both.
Our work was featured in museums, on trade shows, in visitor centers, in showrooms, in exhibitions and at media art festivals.
In the process of realizing our projects we have developed and visualized meaningful and beautiful concepts. We have written software that catered for rich interactions or created amazingly complex, visual structures and objects. We have assembled hardware to invent new, unseen interfaces. We have created playful experiences that allowed technologically uneducated people to get involved with insanely high technology. And we have collaborated with a significant number of people to achieve truly interdisciplinary projects.
We like to see ourselves as a valuable contribution to every project. We are always open to exploring untreated paths and new ideas. We like to make good things happen.
